St Mary's Lodge - Draft Planning Brief for Consultation

Closed 6 Nov 2017

Opened 25 Sep 2017

Overview

Have your say on the future of St Mary’s Lodge, Stoke Newington

The Council has produced a draft Planning Brief to guide the redevelopment of St Mary’s Lodge and to ensure this important locally listed building is preserved and sympathetically restored to its former glory.

The draft Planning Brief puts forward options for the redevelopment of the St Mary’s Lodge building and the wider site.  It is anticipated that the redevelopment will be led by a community use, such as education, with potential for residential development to the rear.

The draft Planning Brief is subject to a 6-week public consultation from Monday 25th September until Monday 6th November 2017. The draft document can be viewed under the Related Links secion below.  Hard copies are available in Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill Libraries and at the Council Service Centre at 1 Hillman Street, Hackney, E8 1DY.

To find out more, come along to the drop-in session in Stoke Newington Library Foyer on Wednesday 25th October from 4pm-7:45pm.
