Overview

We would like to hear the views of autistic people in Hackney and City of London.

We are using the terms autistic and autism to cover various descriptions of autism, diagnosed or otherwise, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asperger's Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and neuro-divergence.

The questions in this survey are for autistic people. If you are completing this as a carer for an autistic person please answer the questions with or on behalf of them.

Why your views matter

The City and Hackney Autism Alliance Board will use this information to help form the Autism Strategy.

A strategy is a plan of action which will help all local agencies work together to make services and the community friendly to autistic residents.
