Overview
Thank you for your interest in joining in the Stoke Newington Low Emissions Neighbourhood workshop.
We are bringing local people together for an evening of discussion about how Hackney Council can use funding from the Mayor of London's Air Quality Fund to improve Stoke Newington Church Street and the surrounding area.
The funding could see:
• improvements to the public realm and green spaces to encourage
walking and cycling
• improved crossings on various junctions along Church Street
• a new cargobike hire scheme
• measures to restrict polluting traffic on Church Street
• expansion of our Zero Emissions Network to Stoke Newington.
Why your views matter
Before we develop detailed proposals, we want you to tell us what you would like to see changed at a dedicated workshop on Thursday 30 January.
Please register your interest in attending this event by Wednesday 22 January.
As places are limited, attendees will be sent an email confirming their place by Friday 24 January 2020.
