Opens 13 Sep 2025

Closes 27 Sep 2025

Overview

The Colville Estate Regeneration is a long-term project led by Hackney Council. It is replacing older housing with new, high quality homes, alongside green courtyards, play spaces and new community facilities. The aim is to provide modern, comfortable homes for tenants, and create safer, greener and more welcoming spaces for all residents.
