Frampton Park Development

Overview

At Frampton Park, we’re making the most of land at four locations to build much needed new Council homes.

In 2021, 45 new homes - including 16 Council homes for social rent - were completed on the site of the former Frampton Arms pub and Lyttleton House.

We are now starting work to build the next phase of 54 new homes, replacing Frampton Park Community Hall. We have recently secured more grant funding from the Mayor of London so that all of these homes will be genuinely affordable, with at least 16 Council homes for social rent and the rest for shared ownership or other affordable tenures. People in housing need who are currently living on the Frampton Park Estate will have priority for the new social rent homes, in accordance with the Council’s Local Lettings Policy.

We are now preparing to submit an application for a Section 73 Planning Amendment.   You can see what we are proposing here.
