Chatsworth Road Travel Survey
Overview
A greener, healthier Chatsworth Road
Earlier this year, the Council’s Cabinet approved plans to reduce traffic and cut pollution in five more areas of the borough. This will help reduce our impact on climate change and support more people to walk, shop and cycle locally.
The Chatsworth Road area is one of the areas we have included in these plans. To inform these, we would like to hear from you about how you travel around the local area. We’re also speaking directly to local community groups and businesses and listening to their experiences of travelling in the local area.
The plans will seek to:
- Make Chatsworth Road and the surrounding area easier to walk and cycle in
- Improve journey times for buses and ambulances
- Reduce traffic in the area
- Improve the Chatsworth Road area as a place to visit and shop, including on market day.
