Narrow Way Public Realm Business Review

Overview

Following on from the re-routing of buses from The Narrow Way in 2013, the Council is now looking to revitalise the area to improve Hackney Central as a thriving and vibrant destination for both residents and visitors.

We aim to:

• Enhance the high street to attract more shoppers to the area

• Support local businesses

• Create an adaptable space to host events and respond to future retail demands

A key part of this process is understanding your business operations and how improvements may help you and your business. Therefore, we would like you to complete a short questionnaire to help shape the design of the Narrow Way.

What happens next

Based on the information you provide, we will consider how your needs can be integrated into the Narrow Way design whilst meeting the key objectives of the scheme.

Designers may contact you to get more info, but if you do not hear back you will be consulted later this year as part of a wider public consultation.
