I want to stay at Woodberry Down by moving into one of the newly built properties. I would prefer to sell my property to the Council and move elsewhere. I am currently undecided and need more information on my options.

Outright Purchase: Using your property value/savings/new mortgage to buy a new home in Woodberry Down. Shared Equity: using the money you receive for your current property, plus your compensation, to buy one of the new homes in Woodberry Down. You would be the owner of the new property and the difference between the market value of the new home, and the value and compensation released through the sale of your current home covered by the regeneration, with no rent on the unowned share. Shared Ownership: Buying a share in one of the new properties in Woodberry Down (or elsewhere) and paying rent on the remaining balance of the property.
