Woodberry Down Phase 5- Secure Tenant Survey

Overview

As part of the long-term plan for Woodberry Down, the Council has identified Phase 5 as the next stage for regeneration. Because you are a secure tenant living in this area, we want to start a conversation with you early to ensure your needs are included in our planning. As a secure Council tenant at Woodberry Down, you have a guaranteed right to move into a brand new social rented home at Woodberry Down provided by Notting Hill Genesis.

There are currently no immediate moves planned, however the council will confirm the timeline for moves in the coming months, and are to begin preparations for a Compulsory Purchase Order in 2026. The purpose of this survey is to understand your preferences and housing needs so that we can plan your future moves with you.
