Life for children and young people with SEND in Hackney

Overview

In Hackney, we want all children and young people to lead happy, healthy, independent, safe and fulfilling lives.

For this survey, we specifically want to hear from young people aged 9-25 with additional needs and / or disabilities who:

1. are in school or college and on SEN support or have an Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP), OR
2. are on a training programme (such as a supported internship) AND have an EHCP.

If neither of these apply to you, thank you for your interest but please leave the survey as the questions will not be relevant.
