As mentioned on the homepage of this consultation, due to an administrative error reference numbers were not provided on the first set of paper questionnaires which were posted to you.
A new questionnaire was posted on Friday, 15 November 2024. By now you may have received a new questionnaire with a unique reference number on the first page of the questionnaire. However, if you have not received a new questionnaire with a reference number by Wednesday, 20 November 2024, please contact us on 020 8356 5250 and a reference number will be provided to you. Reference numbers will only be provided upon provision of proof of residency. Please see page 6 of the consultation booklet for what the Council will accept as proof of residency.
