Hoxton Street Public Realm & Social Infrastructure (Community Survey)

Closed 25 Feb 2024

Opened 2 Feb 2024

Erect Architecture have been appointed by the London Borough of Hackney to work alongside the local communities of Hoxton Street to develop ideas for improving the public space along the street and the routes that connect it to Pitfield Street and Kingsland Road.

As part of this, Erect Architecture will map social and cultural spaces within Hoxton to build a picture of the connections which exist between organisations, community groups and local businesses. Through this process, we hope to represent the existing strengths of this network of spaces and identify any gaps which could be supported through improved facilities and public realm.

The following survey is aimed at understanding the way local people use the public spaces of Hoxton and access social infrastructure, from formal spaces like GP practices to informal spaces like cafes. We greatly appreciate your time in completing the questionnaire and contributing your voice to the ideas for making Hoxton work well for local communities.
