Kings Crescent Estate New build and Refurbishment Development

Overview

We're proposing to build 218 new homes and refurbish 174 homes alongside wider improvements to the area as part of the final phases of the Kings Crescent Estate regeneration. 

Planning permission was granted for the next phase of new homes in 2019 but since then the cost of construction has risen significantly and new building and fire safety, amongst other regulations have been introduced. We have been working to update the designs to make sure they meet new regulations without compromising on design quality. 

We will be submitting minor changes to the design for planning approval in the coming weeks.
