Nightingale Estate Olympus Green Development- Block E

Overview

Since appointing Mullaley as our construction partner to deliver the first 70 homes for social rent on Nightingale Estate, we’ve been working to further develop plans for the much-needed new homes alongside wider improvements to the estate. 

We are now preparing to submit an application for a Section 73 Planning Amendment for the first block to be built, Block E.  The only changes we are proposing are to design details.  You can see what we are proposing here.
