Overview

We would like hear your views on Hackney Council’s Stage Two Parking Design Consultation, Parking Zone W. The Consultation is a great opportunity for you to provide your feedback on the proposed hours of operation and parking design for the zone.

Due to continuing health and safety concerns regarding COVID-19, as a precaution, drop-in sessions and Q&A events will continue to be held online. 

The events will be hosted on a number of dates (shown below) during October.

Online drop-in sessions

These sessions will be held over Zoom where we will be presenting the consultation proposals and answering questions from participants. Registration will close one day before the event. A link to Zoom will be sent to you on the morning of the event. Please note there is a limited number of participants we can accommodate for each session. We are offering a series of open and targeted sessions for groups that will be most affected by the consultation. In the registration form for the targeted sessions we will be asking screening to ensure that you have chosen the correct session to attend. The sessions are only open to residents and businesses within the consultation zone. 

Sessions will take place on the following days:

  • Drop-in session 1: Tuesday, 26 October 2021 from 14:00-15:00
  • Drop-in session 2: Thursday, 28 October 2021 from 17:00-18:00

The session will be led by Parking Design Team staff where the proposals will be discussed. For more details please click here.

If you would like to discuss the consultation proposals and you are not able to take part in the online sessions, feel free to call us on  020 8356 1279/8282/8251. We have prioritised the following dates and times to have your questions about the consultation answered: 

  • Call-in session 1: Tuesday, 26 October 2021 from 16:00-17:00  
  • Call-in session 2: Thursday, 28 October 2021 from 18:00-19:00
